Adventure Shoes in Manila, Part 1

Pesos: looks like monopoly money

Tomas Morato Avenue

Mang Inasal - a chain restaurant, but the chicken was awesome!

A Street in Quezon City

Jollibee! Filipino KFC, as far as I could tell (no, I didn't try it)

Strawberry Hometel - not a place I would revisit.

Should've walked out as soon as I saw this sign.

I was amused and saddened that this sign exists.

Less-than-5-star accomadation

Cheesecake and tea and my favorite cake shop in Quezon City

Filipino-style breakfast: Dried, fried fish, garlic rice and a fried egg

Fishy close-up. I think this was called "danggit", from cebu. Can't remember, though. Anyways, it was tasty.

LOL.

Waiting for the train in the metro.

Street Lanterns in Manila City.

San Augustine Church

San Augustine. Or Mother Mary?

Your photos make Manilla look beautiful anyway. I especially love the one with the street lanterns. There's something about the colours of the shoe and curb in the last photo that keeps attracting my eyes as well.

I love the last photo. There's something distinct about that country, and I think you've captured that essence beautifully. They do everything differently, even SEO Philippines.
